“Behavior absorbed in milk disappears with bones”, – Zhusupbek Aimautov

In the 1st and 2nd issues of Abay magazine in 1918, Aimautov’s extensive article “Tarbie” contained in-depth scientific views of educational ideas.
Zh. Aimautov says that “the diversity of human nature and intelligence is due to the diversity of upbringing
, theft, lying, robbery, murder, hooliganism, lack of education.” He points out that there are two types of education: physical education and soul (spiritual) education.
Aimautov believes that the thing that affects the child is the madrasah (school) and the educator (teacher).
First of all, the author emphasizes the role of the family in the upbringing of children. “One of the conditions that can cause a child to break or correct is the example he set in his youth. It is formed by the upbringing of parents. The upbringing of a parent depends on the character of the child. As the Kazakhs say, “What he sees in the nest, he catches in flight.” Who gives a child kindness, cruelty, humility, concern, honesty, lying? It is, of course, the upbringing of the parents. It is difficult to correct a child’s behavior. “The phrase ‘milk-sucking behavior goes away with the bones’ shows the strength of parental upbringing,” the author said, highlighting the influence of family members, especially parents, on a child’s behavior. He says that it is very difficult to bring up a child who has been brought up in a bad family.
Zh. Aimautov says that it is possible to have a child with a bad character or a bad family, but this is due to the influence of the environment, contemporaries, friends, peers and imitation.
Mentor-scientist has scientifically proved that the upbringing of children is influenced to some extent by the customs and traditions of the country of birth. The children of the country, who grew up listening to entertainment and singing, are inclined to art, and the children of the country are religious. The influence of social customs and traditions on the upbringing of children in the village, who grew up with shortcomings, poverty and paperwork, emphasizes the importance of upbringing.

Zh. Aimautov reaffirmed the principle that “the main purpose of education is to correct the character, to serve humanity, to bring up the ability to work honestly.” This is because children are more likely to imitate what they see than to tell them. In that case, the child should be shown what he or she is doing. ”
Zh. Aimautov’s systematic views in the field of pedagogical science can be clearly seen in his work “Educator Leader”, published in Orenburg in 1924. In this work, Aimautov gave a scientific definition of didactics – the main part of pedagogy, which describes the laws of certain rules of teaching a child, finds the right system of education and shows the conditions for rapid access to knowledge. According to him, a teacher is a living person who is constantly moving, changing, growing and prospering, so he should not be limited to the same method. It only points out the ways in which it has been tested to be effective. ”He rightly points out that teaching is not a rigid dogma, but an act of constant search.
The author emphasizes the need to combine education with the experience of everyday life, the knowledge gained at school will be the cornerstone of the profession in the future.
Zh. Aimautov noted that the basics of knowledge are learned through the native language: “It is impossible to understand other disciplines without mastering the native language. The native language has been a mirror of the soul since it was created as a people, it grows, changes and does not fall forever. It is the language of the people, rich in treasures, which transmits and preserves the deepest secrets of the heart, the epochs of the past, in short, all the waves of the soul from generation to generation. emphasizes the need to master.
